The previous vertical mill of this project was MLS 3626 raw meal vertical mill manufactured by SHMG (Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group). Due to substandard output and fineness, and unstable operation, Sun Stone Company decided to upgrade this equipment. Sinoma-Tec has thorough discussion with Sun Stone Company on preliminary proposal and demonstration. The main gear box, grinding pan, separator shaft and driving motion were kept to reduce changes on main parts and in the meantime to lower cost. Sinoma-Tec won the bidding finally by reasonable price and premium proposal. The TRMR42.4 real meal vertical mill upgrading project is the first trial on the upgrading of SHMG vertical mill. The capacity of the vertical mil will be 2500 kW, mill output 270t/h, fineness 80um and 15% residue on sieve.
The signing of this contract marks Sinoma-Tec’s exploration of new market in raw meal vertical mill (SHMG) and ball mill upgrading.
